Simple stainless steel brackets to lock STIX to the floor.

Damage made to the model during the assembly is NOT covered by Warranty.

Equipment required: Electric impact drill, M5 (0.19In) drill bit (only required if unit does not have factory-tapped feet), M6 (0.2In) masonry drill bit, adjustable wrench, philips head screw driver, marker pen.

1. Confirm you have received all necessary parts as illustrated.

2. Ensure burner is empty. Remove burner from the STIX unit with a philips head screw driver (as instructed in the product manual).

Rest STIX on it’s side on a towel to prevent scratches and damage to surface.

3. To install the ground fixing brackets (PART A), align them with the holes in the plastic feet.

Turn clockwise slowly to screw into position until tight.

4. Position the fireplace in accordance to the compulsory minimum clearances outlined in the product manual.

5. Ensure all three (3) brackets are screwed tight and face outward as shown. Using a marker pen, mark ground hole positions through the bracket holes.

Carefully move the assembled STIX unit away from the marked areas.

6. Change to a suitable M6 (0.2In) masonry drill bit. Set the holes to the same depth as the length of each M6 ground anchor bolt (PART B).

7. IMPORTANT: Install the AB3 burner before fixing the unit to the ground (as instructed in the product manual).

Insert the M6 ground anchor bolts (PART B) into the drilled positions.

Once the bolt is fully pressed in, tighten the nut by turning clockwise with an adjustable wrench.
